Prices in Hotels of Ukraine
The prices in Ukrainian hotels depends on few things. Firstly, how much stars the hotel has got. Secondly, in what city is it and lastly, where is it located. It's not only in Ukraine in whole world it will be the same. I will try to compare prices in all kinds of hotels in different parts of the city.
Firstly, the capital of Ukraine, Kiev. We will check prices in five-star hotel, located in very centre of Kiev. in high season the price for normal, single room is around 520USD. The most expensive rooms cost even 1100USD. The business rooms prices starts from 700USD.
Know, we will check prices in the four-star hotels. Here the differences will be more visible because there are more four stars hotels. The cheapest prices are in hotel with worse localization, they start from 160USD for normal room. We will find the most expensive rooms in hotels placed in near of the centre of Kiev or in other good localization. Here, the cheapest room for one person and in low season will cost us 300USD.
Three-star hotels. Now the prizes start to go down. In the cheapest three-star hotel in Kiev you will pay only 49USD. In the most expensive it will be 130USD. The difference is very big. It's because the cheapest hotel is located near downtown and this more expensive lays in very city centre, 5 minutes from railway station.
And the last kind of hotels, two-star ones. As always the prices depends on localization and few other things. The cheapest room will cost us around 30USD. When the price is so low the hotel is placed in down town or away from city centre and business and cultural institution. The most expensive hotel is placed in city centre and one night there costs 115USD.
So if we don't need to live in centre of the Kiev and the nearness of airport and railway station is not needed or we do not care if we will get to business centre in 5 or 30 minutes, we can choose hotel with high standards in other part of the city and pay much lower price for the same service and the same luxury level.
